Successful Completion of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) – Delhi Metro Phase IV
Delhi Metro Phase IV: Synchronizing the Future of Urban Transport!
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the Master Clock System for Delhi Metro Phase IV on 7th & 8th October 2024. This test, conducted at our headquarters in Sumiswald, Switzerland, was witnessed by a senior delegation representing the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), along with our contractor and system integrator.
Project Overview
The Delhi Metro Phase IV project is a vital expansion designed to provide last-mile connectivity to new housing hubs across the National Capital Region (NCR). Spanning 104 km and covering three priority corridors, the project is expected to serve 1.5 million passengers daily when fully completed.
The corridors include:
- Maujpur to Majlis Park
- Janakpuri West to RK Ashram
- Tughlakabad to Aerocity

For the first time, this project introduces double-sided Analogue Clocks with an 80 cm dial diameter, strategically placed at concourse areas and platforms. These clocks not only provide time synchronization but also add an elegant touch to the station architecture, strengthening the unique identity of the DMRC Phase IV project.
